Forgerise Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Forgerise’s website, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Service Overview

Forgerise provides tools for training planning, workout tracking, and performance insights, including optional AI-assisted plan and workout generation.

3. Integrations (Garmin and others)

If you connect a third-party provider (e.g., Garmin), you authorize data transfer between Forgerise and that provider. Forgerise will display required attribution for provider-sourced data and follow applicable provider requirements.

4. AI Features

When enabled by you, AI features may process your training and health data to generate plans and workouts. You can withdraw AI consent in Settings at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Do not attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The Service is for informational and training purposes only and is not medical advice. You are responsible for your own health decisions. Consult a qualified professional before starting any training program.

7. Intellectual Property

Forgerise and its licensors own all rights in the Service. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgerise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates and revise the effective date above.
